Delete Your Holen Deutsch Account

You can request deletion of your Holen Deutsch account and personal learning data.

Delete account in the app

Open Holen Deutsch and go to:

Settings → Account → Delete Account

Follow the confirmation steps in the app.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email: [PRIVACY_EMAIL]

Use the subject line:

Delete my Holen Deutsch account

Please contact us from the email address connected to your account so we can verify the request.

What deletion includes

Account deletion may delete:

  • Account profile
  • Learning progress
  • Review history
  • Personal words
  • Saved learning packs
  • Imported text drafts
  • App settings
  • Subscription entitlement mirror stored by Holen Deutsch

What may not be deleted immediately

Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.

If you subscribed through the App Store, deleting your Holen Deutsch account does not automatically cancel your App Store subscription. You must cancel your subscription through Apple.

Processing time

We aim to process verified deletion requests within [DELETION_PROCESSING_TIME], unless a longer period is required by law.
