Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms explain how Holen Plus subscriptions work. They supplement the Holen Deutsch Terms of Use.

1. Holen Plus

Holen Plus is the paid subscription tier of Holen Deutsch.

Holen Plus may include:

• Holen Lens for text, PDFs, screenshots, and letters
• Personal learning packs from real German
• All real-life Germany missions
• AI Mission Builder
• More daily learning
• Advanced memory insights
• Smart weak-skill practice for articles, plurals, listening, spelling, and production

Feature availability may vary by platform, app version, country, and technical availability.

2. Subscription plans

Holen Plus may be offered as:

• Monthly subscription: [MONTHLY_PRICE] / month
• Yearly subscription: [YEARLY_PRICE] / year

Replace pricing with localized pricing from the App Store before publishing.

3. Free trial

Holen Plus may include a free trial, such as 7 days free. If you start a free trial, your subscription will automatically renew at the price shown at purchase unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Trial availability may depend on your App Store account, previous trial use, country, and marketplace rules.

4. Auto-renewal

Holen Plus is an auto-renewable subscription. Unless cancelled, it renews automatically at the end of each billing period.

The App Store will charge your Apple ID according to the plan and price shown at purchase.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription in your Apple account subscription settings.

Deleting the Holen Deutsch app or deleting your Holen Deutsch account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. You must cancel the subscription through Apple.

After cancellation, you will usually keep access to Holen Plus until the end of the current paid billing period or trial period, depending on App Store rules.

6. Restore purchase

If you subscribed through the App Store, you can restore your purchase in the app using the Restore Purchase option.

7. Refunds

App Store purchases and refunds are handled by Apple. Holen Deutsch cannot directly issue refunds for App Store purchases unless Apple provides a supported process that allows it. To request a refund, follow Apple’s refund process.

8. Price changes

Prices may change in the future. If required, you will be notified through the App Store or the app before a price change applies.

9. Free features

Holen Deutsch may offer a free version with limited features. Free limits may change over time. Free features may include basic review, basic word cards, core audio, limited new words, article and plural practice, and mission previews.
