These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Holen Deutsch, including the Holen Deutsch mobile app, website, subscription features, AI-assisted language tools, and related services.

By using Holen Deutsch, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Who operates Holen Deutsch

2. What Holen Deutsch provides

Holen Deutsch is educational software. It is not a school, university, immigration adviser, law firm, medical provider, financial adviser, tax adviser, or official authority.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Holen Deutsch. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may use Holen Deutsch only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Do not use Holen Deutsch if you are not allowed to use the service under applicable law.

4. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to update it when necessary.

You may delete your account using the in-app account deletion tools or by contacting support.

5. Learning content and AI output

Holen Deutsch may provide translations, examples, grammar notes, explanations, learning cards, and AI-generated content. This content is provided for language learning only.

You understand and agree that:

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.
• Translations and explanations may not capture the full legal, medical, financial, immigration, tax, or official meaning of a document.
• You are responsible for checking important information with the correct authority or a qualified professional.
• Holen Deutsch does not guarantee any specific language-learning outcome, exam result, job result, visa result, or official decision.

6. User content

You may choose to upload, paste, scan, or save text, images, screenshots, PDFs, documents, examples, words, phrases, or other content (“User Content”).

You remain responsible for your User Content. Do not upload content that you do not have the right to use, or content that violates law, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or these Terms.

By submitting User Content, you grant Holen Deutsch a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, display, store, and use that content only as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service, including creating learning material for you.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Holen Deutsch for illegal, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes
• Upload content that violates another person’s rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or misuse the service
• Interfere with security, rate limits, subscriptions, or access controls
• Use AI features to generate harmful, abusive, deceptive, or unlawful content
• Share your account with others in a way that bypasses subscription limits
• Use Holen Deutsch as a substitute for professional advice in legal, medical, financial, tax, immigration, or official matters

8. Free features and Holen Plus

Holen Deutsch may offer free features with limits. Free limits may include daily new-word limits, mission previews, limited AI imports, or restricted access to advanced insights.

Holen Plus is a paid subscription that unlocks additional features, such as Holen Lens, all real-life missions, AI Mission Builder, personal learning packs, more daily learning, and advanced memory insights. Feature availability may vary by app version, platform, country, subscription status, and technical availability.

9. Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions purchased through the App Store are billed by Apple under Apple’s payment terms. Holen Deutsch does not process your full payment card details.

Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your App Store subscription in your Apple account settings.

10. Intellectual property

Holen Deutsch, including its app, website, design, text, software, learning content, brand, logos, and product features, is owned by [LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME] or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
